These athletes do different GoDyna workouts to add variations to their workout. They do the GoDyna-Fit Outdoor Walking workout for 30 minutes, and alternatively for 20 minutes and then we do two to three strength and endurance exercises, and static stretching.

Wijdan

Wijdan who is featured in the above video, and her friends, who are also her neighbours do one weekly GoDyna-Fit group workout session together so they can bond. They alternate between a GoDyna-Fit Outdoor Walking workout, and a Box Outdoor Workout. They are all at different fitness levels and different goals, so they also do the same workout with moderations.
