1. Introduction

Outdoor workout became more popular with the onset of Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of people’s movements being restricted by lockdowns, more people came to value the freedom of being outdoors. Covid-19 is also responsible for shifting peoples focus to a healthier lifestyle, causing a demand for flexible fitness programs with creative coaching styles, difficulty levels and music genres. Moreover, with workouts in gyms being restricted to a certain number of people and the risk of being in confined places breathing the same air, outdoor workout became more attractive for most people.

This is how GoDyna-Fit workout was conceived, to provide variations and progressions for current workouts and a workout that anyone can do. Initially as a progression of an outdoor walking workout to incorporate upper and lower body exercises. A GoDyna-Fit workout then progressed to a Jogging, Running, Box, Treadmill, Strength workout and more. Also done indoors, individually or in a group.

In this course you will learn the foundations of a GoDyna-Fit workout, and you will be trained and equipped to be able to incorporate GoDyna-Fit into your workout and become an effective GoDyna-Fit fitness enthusiast or coach.
