This is the first fitness course that has been designed to equip the general fitness enthusiast. On completion of this course, you will learn how to apply the standard fitness protocols during your personal workout at home or gym and as you workout with your friends and family.
This course is also designed to equip fitness coaches with the standards of how to apply a GoDyna-Fit workout.
